Information I collect
When you book an appointment I will collect personal details such as your name, email and telephone. This is used to identify you and contact you about the services you have booked.
To provide effective coaching I may make notes. I occasionally write case studies and refer to clients with their consent. This will not be shared in public in any form without your explicit prior consent.
Consent
When you provide me with your personal information on booking an appointment, and during the initial consultation and subsequent sessions, you are giving your consent for me to collect this information and use it to provide these services for you.
I will not use your personal information for any secondary reason, like marketing, unless I have asked you directly for consent to do so.
Data Handling & Storage
Any hard copies of information I have will be stored under lock and key in my home and only seen by me, unless otherwise required by law.
For information stored digitally, which is minimal, I will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
Data transmission over the internet can be insecure, and I cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. I will avoid sending any sensitive material. Please be aware of what you choose to share.
Policy Updates
I may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on this website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.
Third Party Services
I am not responsible for third party services, such as payment gateways, they will have their own privacy policies which you can check out.
How do I withdraw my consent?
For the purpose of legal protection I am required to hold the personal information you have given me for a minimum of seven years. Seven years after your last session I will permanently delete all your personal information held.
If you withdraw your consent during the seven year retention period, I will archive your data until the seven year period expires. Whilst your information is archived, I will not access or process it in any way, accept if needed for legal protection or if I’m required to do so by law.

How can I access, update or amend my personal information?
You have the right to review the personal information I store about you and your sessions at any time. These will be sent by email, in a document attachment.
You also have the right to request I update or amend your data if it is incorrect. To action any of these rights at any time please get in touch.
