Nothing gives me more pleasure than to see clients create ripples of positive change throughout their world.
I’m inspired by nature, science, art and philosophy – and I’m open to all faiths or none. I’m pragmatic and open-minded, like to have fun and not take life too seriously, while knowing it doesn’t last forever.
Facilitating powerful dialogue for social progress is what I have always done. I have over 30-years diverse experience in life, enterprise, philanthropy and service.
I am a fully qualified, certified transformational coach with Animas, leaders in the field, and eligible for ICF accreditation.

Enterprise coaching includes: business development, values, vision, systems work, learning and development, stakeholder relations, communications, education, innovation.
Life coaching includes: self-compassion, mindfulness, health and wellbeing, parenting, creative expression, life partnership, friendships, bereavement, mid-life, menopause, aging, sexuality, health, wellbeing, relocation, philosophy, living well.
Service coaching includes: volunteering, purpose-led enterprise, effective altruism, community service, ethical investing, activism, philanthropy, social investing.
I’m a long-term mindfulness practitioner, meditator and much inspired by Buddhism and other contemplative traditions.
In 2009 I was invited to become a Fellow of the RSA.
I grew up in sunny Western Australia, lived in the UK for 14 years before creating a post-COVID base back in Oz – and now work between the two hemispheres.
